By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the viptakabat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between viptakabat and the member. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Viptakabat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed via email or platform notification before changes take effect.

Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering on viptakabat. The name, address, date of birth, and contact details submitted at registration must be genuine and verifiable.

Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Multiple accounts from the same IP address are not permitted.
• Multiple registrations using the same bank or mobile banking account are not allowed.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Viptakabat is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Viptakabat may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify a member's age. The account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

To make a deposit on viptakabat, members must use a mobile banking account or bank card registered in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Minimum & Maximum Deposit

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum deposit: Variable depending on tier and payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your balance instantly.
• If a technical issue causes a delay, please contact support.

To prevent money laundering, viptakabat may verify the source of funds for large transactions. viptakabat reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transactions.

Before making a withdrawal, members must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a copy of their national ID or passport.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Faster processing for VIP members.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (WR). For example, a WR of 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

• Bonus validity is generally 7 days.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonus abuse — such as fulfilling WR through low-risk bets — is strictly prohibited.
• Having more than one deposit bonus active at the same time is generally not permitted.

All games on viptakabat use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, audited by international testing agencies. This ensures every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. When playing with a bonus, a maximum bet limit may apply — typically 5% of the bonus amount or a specified fixed amount, whichever is lower.

• All bets will be voided in the event of a technical error.
• Winnings resulting from software errors will not be honoured.
• If a connection is lost mid-game, the outcome will be determined by the result recorded on the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viptakabat and will result in serious action if violated:

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person.
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Unauthorized access to or tampering with viptakabat servers or systems.
• Collusion or coordinated cheating against other members.

Viptakabat offers two types of account closure — at the member's request or at the discretion of viptakabat.

Self-Exclusion

Any member may voluntarily self-exclude from the platform for a set period or permanently. This is an important tool for responsible gaming.

Viptakabat is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes. viptakabat is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

• Viptakabat is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Viptakabat will not be held responsible for any password compromise resulting from a user's own negligence.
• In the event of an unexpected technical disruption, viptakabat will endeavor to find an alternative resolution.
• All gaming decisions are made entirely at the member's own risk.

In short: your data is secured with SSL encryption, never sold to third parties, and may only be disclosed to authorities when legally required.

Viptakabat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via platform notification or email.
